  • The price reduction occurs within 30 calendar days of the original order date.
  • The request is for the exact same product, including the same model, configuration, specifications, and bundle.
  • The lower price is publicly listed and available on the ACMER Official Website at the time your request is reviewed.
  • The order has not been canceled, refunded, or returned.

Price Difference

The refund amount is based on the difference between:
The actual amount paid for the eligible product (after any discounts applied at checkout), and the current publicly listed selling price of the same product on the ACMER Official Website.

Exclusions

The 30-Day Price Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Shipping charges
  • Taxes or duties
  • Refurbished products
  • Clearance products
  • Used products
  • Products sold by unauthorized sellers
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories purchased separately
  • Products no longer available for sale
  • Pricing errors or obvious typographical mistakes
  • Orders that have already received a price adjustment under this policy

How to Apply

To request a price adjustment, please contact ACMER Customer Support(support@acmerlaser.com) within 30 calendar days of your purchase and provide:

  • The email address used for your order

Once your request has been verified, ACMER will refund the eligible price difference to your original payment method. Refund processing times usually take 5-10 business days.
